1. Local study data
The question bank, full study history, bookmarks, wrong-answer notes and saved progress are stored on your device. Reset study data in Settings or uninstall the app to remove them. Core question practice works offline. Technical usage events described below may include question identifiers, correctness and score summaries; this does not upload your complete local history or note text.
2. Technical data and optional reports
Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous installation identifier. Firebase Analytics, Cloud Firestore and PostHog may receive app/device and operating-system details, app version, timestamps, screen/session events, question identifiers, correctness and score summaries, install-referrer campaign tags, and ad interaction events. Crashlytics and PostHog process crash/error details and installation identifiers. Analytics providers may derive approximate location from the IP address. If you send a question report, we receive its question ID, selected issue type, optional description and technical context. Do not include personal information in a report. We use these data to operate, secure and improve the app and correct questions.
3. Advertising and choices
Google AdMob may collect advertising or installation identifiers, device and network information, IP address, approximate location and ad interactions. Google receives advertising data directly. We request ads only when Google UMP permits requests. Where required, UMP presents consent choices. Review advertising privacy options and the personalised-ad setting in Settings. On iOS, the advertising ID is not accessed without tracking permission. Reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device settings. Declining optional choices does not remove study features.
4. Providers and international processing
We use Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob/UMP and PostHog Cloud in the US region. Data may be processed in the United States, the Republic of Korea and other provider locations. Providers’ privacy and data-processing terms explain their safeguards. We do not sell personal data. Advertising providers may act as independent controllers for their own processing.
5. Retention and deletion
Local study data remain until you reset them or uninstall. Question reports are kept until addressed, then deleted within six months. Crashlytics keeps crash data for 90 days before removal begins. User-level Firebase Analytics data are kept for no more than 14 months. Other technical events are kept while useful for app operation and improvement, then deleted or reduced to anonymous aggregates. Emails are kept as needed to handle the request. Google retains advertising data under its own policies. Email us to request access, correction, deletion or to object to identifiable data use; include the app name and enough context to locate the data. Uninstalling stops future app collection, but does not itself delete data already sent to providers.
6. Reminders and permissions
Study reminders are optional local notifications. They do not require a messaging token or contact list. Notification permission and reboot scheduling support those reminders. Network access supports ads, reporting and analytics; advertising-ID and install-referrer permissions support advertising and attribution. No camera, microphone or contact permission is required for core practice.
7. Your rights, children and changes
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, and a right to complain to your data-protection authority. This app is not directed at children under 13. Contact us about information submitted by a child. We use encrypted transport and access controls, and publish material policy updates on this page.
